I spun this yarn from a core roving made from black super wash merino and a 50/50 blend of white merino and my own kid mohair. It was fun to spin. It is bulky but lightweight, soft and warm. You can knit, crochet, or weave with this yarn. This skein weighs 5 ounces. There are approximately 126 yards of yarn.

I love to spin core and ply yarn. I used a commercially spun fine black merino yarn for the core and the ply. The core roving that I used is 75% merino and 25% kid mohair from my own kids. It is a pleasure to handle.
