Puddin Ridge Llamas and Alpacas is a small rescue farm. We work closely with Southeast Llama Rescue. Born from the rescue and the shearing that must occur yearly, a fiber business emerged. We also have a group of local llama and alpaca owners who work together to support one another and educate the public on the animals. Among the group are folks who do not use their fiber, so that fiber is also “rescued” into the business. All the llama and alpaca fiber in the shop is locally sourced. We do all that we can to provide the best homes for animals in need. Sales of the fiber helps offset costs of the animals and allows us to continue to spread the joy of llamas and alpacas and how best to care for them.
